For the past several days, sleep has eluded Muckraker. Surely, how can a super-patriot such as him sleep soundly when a dangerously serious threat is right at the doorstep?
There is certainly no way we can rest on our laurels when Tanzania — of all countries in the sub-region — can be allowed to snatch the grand title from us, the perennial holders!
Whoever said what a man can do, a woman can do even much better could have been right after all!
When you decide to play this game, you don’t have to care about what the outside world will say about you … you just do it — just like we did in 2008! But we have to admit it Cde Sister Samia is really proving to be a dexterous past-master at this game.
You really have to give it to her for she did it with such disarming finesse that us, outgoing champions, had to take copious notes. We really had to join the devil to take notes from the sister.
As the October 31 elections drew closer, she either jailed and or disqualified her top opponents, abducted critical religious leaders, journalists and human rights advocates, before banning X (except for herself).
On the eve of the election, she shut the country’s internet, arrested and deported some foreign observers and when citizens tried to protest, it proved suicidal for not less than 700 of them … and off, she sashayed her way to a flee-away 98% victory!
To put an icing on the cake, she took her oath of office, not before the 32 million Tanzanians who putatively voted for her, but military personnel … her real supporters! What more can you ever ask for?

But we have always been the holders of this grand title — of the most sham elections — in the Sadc region. There is certainly no way we can lose it without putting up a fight — even a dirty one — no ways!
We have to find a way — a technicality — to get our coveted title back. Surely, we can’t allow Tanzania to upstage us … no, and never! And the technicalities have to be found like yesterday. By the way, is Tanzania even a southern African country for it to insinuate itself into Sadc membership? Isn’t it a clearly East African country? This could be a valid technicality to secure the disqualification of Tanzania from this title. It is our title and it has to remain like that!
Mortuary of lies
Muck browsed through the preliminary report by Richard Msowoya, the head of the Sadc Election Observer Mission (SEOM) to the Tanzanian elections and found it to be full of lies … damn lies! A real mortuary of lies!
Here are just a few of them: “Despite carrying their accreditation identification cards, our observers in Tanga Town were subjected to aggressive interrogation by the security forces, had their official documents, including their passports, seized, though later returned, and were forced to delete mission-related photographs from their official gadgets.
“(a) Article 41(7) of the constitution which covers the procedures for election of the President, provides that “When a candidate is declared by the Electoral Commission to have been duly elected in accordance with this Article, then no court of law shall have any jurisdiction to inquire into the election of that candidate.”
This provision effectively bars any court from entertaining any challenge against the results of a presidential election, which is contrary to the expectation of electoral justice as envisaged by Article 4.1.5 of the Sadc Principles and Guidelines Governing Democratic Elections.
“However, a few stakeholders cautioned that the general calm and peace belies covert acts of general intimidation of the population and opposition political parties and candidates. These stakeholders cited the alleged abductions of some political activists. They also described a tense and intimidating political atmosphere.”
And the report then concluded: “In view of the mission observations as detailed above, and mindful of the preliminary nature of this statement, it is the SEOM’s tentative conclusion that, in most areas, voters could not express their democratic will.
“Overall, the 2025 General Election in the United Republic of Tanzania fell short of the requirements of the Sadc Principles and Guidelines Governing Democratic Elections.”
We know all these are lies and for that reason, Muck agrees with Owner’s decision to send his hearty congratulations to Cde Sister Samia for her resounding victory in the peaceful and credible elections … we even deployed someone very familiar with the inauguration venue to duly represent us.
Mhondi4ED
Murderer Cde Tapiwa Makore Sr, who is serving life in prison for ritual murder, has what he considers a brilliant idea … Mhondi4ED (Murderer4ED).
It is a murderously brilliant idea indeed! Cde Makore wants his outfit to be an affiliate of “The Party”, naturally.
We think it would be redundant for Cde Makore even to seek the outfit’s affiliation to “The Party” because almost every member of the cult is naturally of the same mind and deed with him, which makes them automatic members of the outfit. Just like Cde Bobby Makaza’s Rapists4ED, Mhondi4ED needs not seek any affiliation to what is essentially its own self.
Just show Muck just one member of the cult whose hands are clean? Just one! So why seek to split something that is essentially one and the same? No person can breathe, let alone flourish, in that cult if they are not murderers.
Meanwhile Cde Jimayi Muduvuri’s “philanthropic” foundation, together with “People With Disabilities For ED” have reportedly partnered two funeral service in readiness to give funeral cover to some
4 000 disabled people in the country. Please don’t ask Muck why the foundation is prioritising the deaths of these people instead of their welfare as if they would have to first die before they can live, because he also doesn’t know.
All Muck knows is surely there are far more than just 4 000 disabled people in this country … especially in the Midlands and the two Matabeleland provinces, where Gukurahundi operatives were especially prolific, if what is recorded in CCJP’s ground-breaking report “Breaking the Silence”, together with the little that is coming from the ongoing staged hearings into the pogroms, is anything to go by.
They maim you and get ready to give you a “decent” burial … what generosity!
Encouraging …
It is encouraging to notice that both in Tanzania and Uganda, the police and army brutalising opposition leaders and their supporters do so with balaclavas covering their faces. This is encouraging because it shows there are still some vestiges of conscience among human beings even in the most unlikely of places.
By covering their faces, we can be assured these goons are ashamed of their duties such that they wouldn’t want even their own children to know about it … and more importantly, it is also an admission that situations do change and when that happens, no one wants to find themselves on the wrong side of history.
In the last days of the Nazis, many politicians, civilians, government officials, and military personnel throughout Germany and German-occupied Europe committed suicide en-masse. Anyway, no one is suggesting anything!
