Stage set for epic All Africa Festival

The fiesta will feature Zimbabwean-born “queen of amapiano” Sha Sha, Tanzania’s Diamond Platnumz as well as afrobeats giants Tekno and Yemi Alade from Nigeria among many other high profile acts.

Over 35 renowned music stars from across the African continent will take turns to entertain revellers at the All Africa Festival (AAF) set for Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE), early next month.

The award-winning three-day event will run from February 2-4 with a thrilling line-up of globally acclaimed artistes across multiple afrocentric genres billed to light up the stage at the island’s Etihad Park.

"We are thrilled to bring forth the vibrant energy, beauty, culture, and diversity of Africa in all her expressions at this year's edition.

It's an exciting opportunity to showcase Africa's richness to the world," AAF publicist Yvonne Mtengwa said.

"This year's All Africa Festival is set to be a captivating experience, with a lineup that celebrates the essence of Africa. We invite everyone to join us in this celebration of unity and diversity."

Established in 2018, the AAF, which blends an array of cultural showcases will this year “deliver an unforgettable mosaic of performances, artistic (expression), culinary and culturally immersive experiences” according to the organisers –All African Food & Culture Fest.

The founding members and organisers of AFF lead non-profit initiatives which support Africans in the UAE.

In collaboration with African Missions, businesses and communities, the organisers run workshops, seminars and events that help foster collaboration between the African business community, residents and expats living and working in the UAE.
