Music fans should get ready for a fresh catalogue of mature lyrics and breathtaking visuals from award-winning Hip Hop artiste Ti Gonzi, his brand manager Spencer Mafede has said.
Ti Gonzi, real name Tinashe Gonzara, is the pioneer of the Hipu Hopu YekuGhetto sound and has since announced his imminent return to the limelight through the release of a smash hit track titled Tarira.
According to Mafede, the song produced by Manuchi and has so far amassed close to 100,000 views online in two days is a sign that Ti Gonzi’s music is headed towards immortality.
“Basically, TiGonzi has reached a level of maturity, as an artiste, where he no longer rushes to release music. An artiste of his calibre takes time to produce very mature and logical content for his fans and music lovers in general,” said Mafede.
Tarira is a motivational love song particularly for those in relationships where people are a bit sceptical owing to intricacies like age difference, distance and even financial stability among other issues.
“It's like an encouragement to say no matter what people say, love should endure,” said Mafede while hinting at more projects to come “before the end of the year”.
“With TiGonzi being the father of Hip Hop, one should expect anything to come at any time so we cannot divulge whether we are cooking or not because we are talking of a river that is constantly flowing,” he said.
“What I can guarantee his fans for now is that whatever comes next, he will be the first to do it.”
