I AM a Tel-One customer bemused by their exorbitant tariffs.
Communicating in this day and age is not a luxury but a necessity. Therefore I am of the opinion that the services you offer are a need and not a want.
The tariffs that you are currently charging are not a reflection of this fact. They are inhibitive and are not practical to the working class of this country.
Instead of earning revenue for your company from a few astronomically high charges, rather aim to put a phone in every household in the country and charge reasonable rates.
This way, Tel-One and Zimbabwe as a nation can benefit. Realistically not many people can afford these hundred something dollar bills -â€” some stretching into the thousands.
