Stands up for grabs in Harare, Ruwa

DAMOFALLS Land Developers are selling stands in various areas of Harare and Ruwa ranging from $3,5 million up to $35 million, a spokesman for the company has said.

face=”Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif”>In Harare the company is selling stands in the Chiremba Park and Hatfield low density suburbs measuring 2 000 square metres priced from $35 million.

Customers however, have to pay a negotiable deposit from $7 million plus $1 million for a screen fence with the balance payable over 25 years.

In Ruwa at the Riverside Park low density suburb stands measuring 2 000 square metres are going for $45 million.

A negotiable deposit from $4,5 million is payable with the balance over 25 years.

The spokesman said there were also stands at Damofalls Park Phase 3 in Ruwa which measure 500 square metres to 1 000 square metres on offer.

These are priced from $17,5 million, while those measuring 200 to 450 square metres are priced from $7 million.

He said the company was also venturing into the Gweru, Kwekwe and Kadoma areas where sales were gradually picking up.

Zimbabweans are now snapping up stands as the price for houses continues to increase every month caused mainly by locals living abroad who have access to foreign currency which they sell on the parallel market.
