Tsvangirai, board bus to next rally

AS I was driving along Leopold Takawira last week I came across Morgan Tsvangirai walking into town.

This gave me another picture of events after Information depu

ty minister Bright Matonga’s comments that Tsvangirai never walked into town but only had an interview with reporters at his home, got into his car and the following morning he was in Masvingo for a rally.

I, however, think Tsvangirai should take his walks to another level if he is serious. As an MDC supporter willing to sacrifice for the nation just like other millions, I think what he has to do is go to Mbare and board a bus to Mutare, Masvingo, Gweru, Murehwa or Bulawayo for his next rallies. That way we will see his seriousness, especially at Mbare where many people converge.

That way people will join him and then he will see that he is not alone.

This road from Avondale he uses every day is not busy and not so popular so no one notices him.

He should take more risks than Leopold Takawira Street. I can tell you this will worry even the most ignorant of people. Be brave our president.

If Tsvangirai is still afraid of being arrested for innocently walking into town like everyone else, then he is not ready for the country’s presidency yet.
