Yadah eased their relegations worries with a deserved thrashing of Triangle in a Castle Lager Premier Soccer League match played at Baobab Stadium on Sunday.

They are out of the drop zone but not yet out of the woods as they have 30 points which is the same as ZPC Kariba who are in the danger zone.

Yadah have a better goal difference and will have to continue fighting for dear life in the last eight matches of this campaign.

They have won four of their last seven matches with coach Takaendesa Jongwe having transformed them to a descent side since he took over from expense Chitukutuku.

On Sunday they showed that they mean business by condemning struggling Triangle through a brace from Jerry Chipangura who scored in either half before Vincent Sango ensured that there was no way back for the Lowveld side with a goal three minutes before the final whistle.

Chipangura, who also scored in their 2-1 midweek win over Caps hit the target in the referee’s optional time of the first half before coming back to complete his brace just four minutes after the break.

Next up for the Walter Magaya owned side is a match against Herentals at the National Sports Stadium on Saturday while Triangle are back home to face Hwange, who are also fighting for dear life.

Caps United return to host Sheasham at the National Sports Stadium in another relegation dogfight while Black Rhinos contest GreenFuel at Bata Stadium.
