Biggest NASCAR Circuits

NASCAR Circuits

Stretching the definition of car racing as far as we can, an argument can be made, that the sport has its roots in the Ancient world, where chariot racing was one of the most popular sports played at various events. However, the origin of the motor aspect of car racing can be traced to the 1800s, when the first race was held in France. The event drew in a huge crowd, and soon spread throughout Europe, before reaching the United States’ shores. In the US, the sport quickly grew in popularity, becoming bigger and bigger. This is what led to the establishing of the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, or NASCAR, in 1948, in Daytona Florida.

Over the years, NASCAR has grown to become, not just the biggest motor racing organization in the United States of America, but also the second biggest organization in the world, behind only Formula 1. On online betting sites NASCAR races are hugely popular, especially on the American, Mexican and UK gambling markets.
