The longest track in the Sprint Cup schedule, the Coca Cola 600 is an annual race, which was first held in 1960. The race is, by far, NASCAR’s longest, coming in at 600 miles, or over 900 km. Originally called the World 600, the race’s name was changed in 1985, when The Coca-Cola Company officially became the sponsor for the race. When it comes to the stats of the Coca Cola 600, Darrel Waltrip is the most successful driver, having won 5 races on the track.
