BUSINESSMAN Shongwe Michael Ndoro has written a letter of complaint to the National Prosecution Authority requesting an investigation into a series of court cases where he is facing continued accusations and harassment from his ex-business partner Precious Star Jenami.

According to the complainant, Jenami summoned Ndoro top court over 14 times in disregard of an order made by High Court judge Justice Chirawu-Mungomba in 2019 under Case HC4300/19.
“The respondent (Precious Star Jenami) be and hereby ordered to stop instituting other legal proceedings to do with companies in which both parties have an interest in until the divorce matter, in this case, number HC 9611/18 is finalized,” read the order.
Ndoro in the complaint letter is requesting an investigation into the continued harassment he is getting from Jenami.
“I humbly request your office to launch an investigation on the dockets related to the above-referenced cases as it would appear that there has been deliberate oversight to continue to harass myself using the judiciary system to bring about charges on matters that are frivolous at the expense of our reputation and wastage of state resources,” read part of the letter.
Ndoro says he has been in court every month since September 2022 over charges laid by Jenamiall in violation of a ruling made by Justice Chirawu- Mungomba.
Their divorce was finalized under Justice Chinhamora in November 2019 but Jenami has been the litigant in all 14 cases.

“Since this order, Jenami has taken me to court at least 14 times. I have appeared in the Goromonzi Magistrate Court at least four times. I have appeared in the Marondera Court at least twice.
“ I have appeared in the Domestic Violence Court (opposite Runhare House) at least twice. I have appeared in the High Court too many times to mention! In all these cases the litigant has been Jenami,” the letter reads.
“In her attempt to accuse me of Contempt of Court with regards to a Domestic Violence Case DV 87/19 – this matter was heard by the Provincial Prosecutor in Goromonzi Magistrate Court sometime in October 2022. Upon reviewing the docket, the prosecutor advised the litigant that her case was frivolous and cautioned her and her lawyers for being vexatious.”
Ndoro’s appeal to the NPA is seeking an investigation into whether the cases have merit.
“I hope my request for your office to investigate and sanction this individual and the cases she has brought to the NPA for litigation over the past 4 years, and in particular the two cases mentioned above, will find favour with your esteemed office,” the letter reads.
Ndoro is facing fraud allegations while Jenami has also been arraigned before the courts on money laundering charges.
