DRC President Kabila in Zim for AU talks

DEMOCRATIC Republic Republic (DRC) of Congo President Joseph Kabila, who is also the African Union deputy chairman, has arrived in Harare this afternoon to discuss issues affecting the regional bloc with incumbent chairman President Robert Mugabe.

Kabila, who is on a one day working visit, was welcomed at Harare International Airport by Vice-President Emmerson Mnangagwa. The DRC leader is expected to hold talks with Mugabe who will hand over the AU chair to him next January.-Staff Writer
