The summit to be held under the theme: Leadership With a Global Outlook: How African Businesses Can Secure Their Niches in the Global Market on August 8 in the capital, a week after elections.
The rich and engaging combination of keynote speeches, discussion panels and networking sessions will offer delegates the opportunity to learn from the experiences of others and reflect on how they can adapt knowledge, skills, practices, technologies and processes from different parts of the world to benefit the growth of their organisations and contribute to the advancement of Zimbabwe’s economy.

The former chair of Anglo-American plc and Royal Dutch Shell, the largest company in the world in terms of revenue, will share his insights on how relatively small economies can latch onto opportunities at global levels with specific reference to businesses in the mining, oil, energy and banking sectors where he has worked.
Professor Eric Werker is expected to bring the famous Harvard Business School knowledge and experience by leading delegates through a case study discussion that captures lessons on the confluence of emerging markets and globalisation.
Nothando Ndebele, a Zimbabwean with vast research and business experience who serves as the Head of Research in Africa for Renaissance Capital, will focus the conversation on how Zimbabwe, and Africa can maximise its growth potential, drawing insights in the top selling book she recently co-authored, The Fastest Billion: The Story Behind Africa’s Economic Revolution. Several leading businesspeople and investors from across the continent will speak on panels that discuss innovative business models and investment on the continent.
