Zuma mediation going nowhere

THE ongoing effort by South African President Jacob Zuma and Sadc to resolve our political problems are heading nowhere as they think that it is only elections which will solve everything.

What use will the elections serve if there are still a pile of outstanding issues and there are no electoral reforms? Is the former ruling party going to accept defeat this time around when the Zanu PF functionaries and security chiefs are issuing statements that they won’t be going anywhere?
To me Sadc is just buying time for Zanu PF to re-organise. I don’t know why MDC leaders can’t tell Sadc to get real. How can they centre their talks on elections when there are still problems of yesteryear?
They say a rolling stone gathers no moss!

Worried voter,
Glen View.
