Econet should take clients seriously

ECONET should not take its customers for granted. They might have market dominance but they should never forget that we are the people who are paying for the service.

I would like to think that common sense dictates that they warn their so called “valued customers” of a disruption in service or an upgrade that will adversely affect service provision.
I haven’t had internet for the past 10 days and no one has given me a plausible explanation of what is going on.
