HOW does Tel*One justify the recent 500% increase in call charges?
My family in Perth, Australia, can now call us in Harare for less than it costs us to make a lo
cal call. A phone card costing A$10 ($39 080) gives 140 minutes of air-time.
Their air-time cost for a call from Perth/Harare is less than we pay per minute to send an e-mail from Chisipite to our Internet service provider (ISP) in Eastgate.
Explanations please Tel*One.
