POPULAR Mabelreign club The Enigma has been demolished to pave way for a $10 billion residential property development next door.

It was however at the centre of controversy with residents calling for its closure due to alleged prostitution which was rife in the surrounding area. A new residential complex is currently being completed in the area with two and three bedroomed luxury flats.


“The decision to demolish The Enigma was arrived at after the developer found it necessary to agree to complaints that the residential complex should take preference,” an estate agent said this week.
