Shereni eyes move to England

WARRIORS’ left back Harlington Shereni could break into the English premiership if current talks with Fulham and Bolton Wanderers succeed.

“Scouts from Fulham and Bolton Wanderers have been pleading with me to consider joining them,” he said. “When I was in top form towards the end of last season they tracked me down and watched me play my last six games. I can confirm that my manager is currently negotiating with the two clubs.”


The former Air Zimbabwe and Dynamos left winger who is still recovering from a minor injury said after stints in Switzerland and France he now looks forward to joining the English league.


Shereni has been a member of the Warriors for over five years and was part of the team that made the historic maiden appearance at the African Nations Cup finals in Tunisia in February this year.
