Judgement instilled some hope

ALLOW me to thank the Almighty God for bringing justice to the long-awaited treason case involving MDC leader Morgan Tsvangirai last Friday.

May I also extend my

thanks to the Judge president himself for looking at the matter impartially and professionally which led to the acquittal of the innocent MDC leader.

At least now we have some hope in some of the judges in the country. The judgement proved that you can only convict a person after he/she has given evidence before a competent court unlike what was happening in some state-controlled media where Tsvangirai was long convicted even before standing trial.

The judge stood his ground and refused to be swayed and intimidated by all this, leaving egg on many a face.

Mudhara we Norton,
