TO start with, I want to thank Darlington Majonga for his good and unbiased analysis of the current situation in the national soccer team.
I agree with him that W
arriors coach Charles Mhlauri needs some help on technical issues. Theory and practice are inseparable and complement each other.
Mhlauri is lacking the real-life technical aspects of the game and real-life experiences at the highest level of African football.
As Majonga correctly said, he needs somebody who has gone through the heat at the highest level with relative success and also somebody with respect to psyche up Zimbabwean players ahead and during the African Nations Cup finals extravaganza.
When things come to the worst it might not be a bad idea to engage Sunday Chidzambwa as the technical advisor. After all, he has seen it all in the African football game.
