AT the rate things are getting tough in Zimbabwe, it’s not strange I had a dream in which the country had been shut down.
Zimbabwe, like most of our struggling co
mpanies, had shut down not for renovations or rebranding, but for good.
Our country is now insolvent, and it would not be a bad idea after all to have a curator investigating how everything has gone wrong and prescribing revival strategies.
But wait a minute! We all know what’s wrong with Zimbabwe: it’s President Robert Mugabe. Period.
The guy is not even ashamed; he has changed and reshuffled every minister in his government. The only thing that has been constant is his presence in the highest office.
Dear Lord, have mercy and satisfy Mugabe’s unbelievable appetite for power yesterday. We have had enough of him.
