What kind of a city is this?

HOW can men stand idle and watch a 70-year-old woman being robbed?

I was either followed or one thief called another on his cellphone to mark me.

I went to the police who were not interested at all. Why are there no police on the streets to prevent some crimes and also at the broken down traffic lights to prevent accidents? What sort of a city do we now live in? The majority of my friends no longer come into the city, they are so afraid of the breakdown of law that now exists.
